If you are having problems logging in, review the following information for a possible solution.

| I ask for my password to be resent, but I get a message saying there is no email address on record. | This may occur if a grantmaker has created an account for you, but did not enter your email address when they created the account. Please contact us for further assistance. We'll have to confirm with the grantmaker that they opened an account for you, after which we can enter your email address. |
| I enter my user name and password, click Login and nothing appears to happen. | It is probable your cookies are not enabled. Cookies must be enabled to enter the private side of the website. To enable cookies, review the Cookies page. |
| I'm being told my cookies are not enabled. | Cookies must be enabled to enter the private side of the website. To enable cookies, review the Cookies page. |

| I don't see a login form on the login page. | The CGA website is down for software or database maintenance or backup. Wait for a little while and come back to try again. |
| I have trouble logging in after a session timeout. | CGA uses cookies to manage the session between your browser and our server. Under certain conditions a session timeout may occur and force the user to be logged out. Normally logging back in should be easy, but on rare occasions logging back in may be difficult because some browsers become confused. To fix this problem we suggest clearing cookies and logging in again. |
